Services
In room counselling services
We offer a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. Our in-room counselling is grounded in empathy and respect, supporting you to explore your experiences at your own pace. We have a special interest in LGBTQIA+ diversity, addiction, and chronic pain management, and aim to create an environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
Telehealth counselling
Access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Our Telehealth sessions offer the same compassionate, client-centred approach as in-room counselling, delivered via secure video or phone call. This flexible option makes it easier to prioritise your mental health, wherever you are, in a way that feels safe and accessible.
Walk + Talk
For those who feel more at ease side-by-side, walk and talk counselling offers a gentle alternative to traditional sessions. Held outdoors in a calm, natural setting, these sessions can help ease anxiety and support a more relaxed, open flow of conversation. This approach is ideal if you find movement or nature helps you feel more grounded.
Mental Health Journals
We are developing a range of thoughtfully designed mental health journals to support reflection, self-awareness, and ongoing wellbeing between sessions. These guided resources will include prompts and tools to help you explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace, empowering you to stay connected to your growth beyond the counselling space.

Whether you’re seeking counselling in Ipswich, Springfield, or the wider Brisbane area, our approach is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for who you are. Here, you are not expected to fit into a box, you are supported to explore, understand, and embrace your authentic self.
